Metalsmith and artist Susan Lenart Kazmer often creates mixed media pieces that include “prayer boxes” — these could be metal boxes, pendant journals or even this glitter filled light bulb. Now you can too with her Industrial Chic pieces exclusively at Michaels online or brick and mortar stores.
Instructions:
Choose 2 packages of chain that you like together. Open jump ring on one strand that is holding the multi strands together. Re-link strands to make one long continuous chain. Open the end jump rings from the second package and attach to the ends of your long chain to form a closed necklace. It may or may not be large enough to just pull on over your head, if not simply connect a clasp to one of the ends that was previously open. Open the jump ring from the light bulb pendant and attach at any point of the chain that you feel looks best.
