A Lightbulb Moment with Pam Carriker

Our eyes got big when we saw what this life-long art lover created for us and this blog hop. Her gorgeous mannequin is proof-positive that each artist has a unique view and creativity for we have seen jewelry, art journals, flash drives, wall art and tomorrow something different again. (A giant thank you to all of our friends who have hopped with us!)

Widely published, mixed media artist Pam Carriker says she draws inspiration from her role as mom to 3 boys (2 of whom are currently serving our country) and from her flyboy husband.

We are pleased that she took time out of developing instructional videos for Strathmore Artist Papers new line of Visual Journals and a product line for Derivan Liquid Pencil from Matisse.

In the meantime, you can catch up to Pam and see more details about this Industrial Chic mixed media project on her Art at the Speed of Life blog, or check out her first book: Art at the Speed of Life: Motivation & Inspiration for Creating Mixed Media Art Every Day.

Sunday we will bid you farewell with a project by Sandy Martin.
