Greetings! Jen Crossley of the ICE Resin Design Team and A Mark in Time. I made a necklace to inspire you and maybe get a wee bit of ink on your hands.
Industrial Chic by Susan Lenart Kazmer is available from Michaels. It is very versatile range of mixed media jewelry components.
Here are two pieces (chain and focal charm) from the range which I altered and made a very easy project to inspire you.
This photo on the left is what the piece looks like inside. Once you pry it open I then use some sand paper to remove the glitter pink colour, and added ink to change the crystal’s color.
Using the rest of the Industrial Chic chain from the same packet, I made it into a necklace adding the altered focal piece.
The rhinestone jazz it up, don’t you think?
